Game won't start - tells me to get adobe Air all the time.

Hello everybody,
when I installed the game, I'm expierincing a bug. After unpacking the game I wanted to start the game via BrokenRanks.exe. But the game tells me to get adobe Air. Well didn't do such before I went to adobe downloading and installing the app and restarting my PC afterwards.

When I'm trying to start the BrokenRanks.exe I still get the same message telling me I should download adobe Air. Can an admin plz look into my case.

Looks like your system/antivirus software block files/put them to quarantine.

You should try allowing installing/running them.

Tried with closed antivirus, also reinstalled without any antivirus program, but still same error.
Adobe Air not foud. But it IS installed correctly.

Maybe not Win 7 Compatible? Please find a solution, or I have to uninstall the game...

Hey, I had that problem too, what fixed it for me was to delete all pack files under 30mb in the zip folder (BrokenRanks > launcher > zip > zip) then open the launcher again, it will download the files again and work.
I found this fix on reddit, hope it works it for u too.

your workaround helped me to download the zip files. And I could log into the serverlist using my forums login. But then I could not connect to the server. Is it true that they are down and that there is only 1 server(kahiris) avaivable? I added a pic of this

P.S.: Had the same error registering a new account, too.

Ok I changed the language and now it seems start. Looks that the english servers are online and that the dev have not added any feedback. Thx so far @ Karthanok
