To get rid of key you must talk to Garsum (he walks in front of castle).
Mirror, I suppose you have it from quest on 20 lvl (about dead), did you complete it?

I am 62lvl and compleat all quest for my lvl

Please send it to our support (https://support.brokenranks.com/). They will probably delete item or find other way to fix it.
