Broken Ranks - Forum

i have a level 46 pet Black Hound rank 3. I purchased the collar of rebirth required level 40 required power 9. I can not equip it. My guess is the power required 9, but unsure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you...

One of the pet's equipment items, the collar, requires you to complete a quest to unlock a slot for it. Ask trainer Piter and see if you can do this quest.
