Bug: On ship, can't go under deck until talk to chronicler
On the ship that leaves Taern after waking up on deck the chronicler had a quest sign above his head, but I went below deck, fought the angry crewman and ate some soup. When I came back up the quest sign was above Boatswain Bodhan. I tried talking to Chronicler but only normal convo, no quest. Talked to Bodhan and there was no quest.

After eating soup you should talk with person next to your bed. I see that you are on ship now, so I think that problem with upgrading skill are resolved?
