Bug: Can't progress tutorial if lvl skill first

When you hit lvl 2 you are able to upgrade your skills, but then when you close the character winder the tutorial wants you to open it and teach you how to upgrade your skill. Since you already did and can't any further, there is no way to close the tutorial or progress in the game.

I had the same issue, rellog or restart launcher should fix this. If not let me know here what your nick and server are.
