How to delete Character?

I can't delete my character. When I click on the delete button, nothing happens. Is there a trick or does it just not work?

Is there an update on this yet? I think it's been about a month since the game's release.

I am also waiting for the delete feature to be enabled. I sent in a ticket to support and they told me it will be enabled in the future.
