It would be nice if the quests could be done for all party members in the party and be able to see conversations while in the party.

Hello, idea sounds interesting, but what if each player wants to go his patch and chose different option than his friend?
Quests have many diferents patch that you can follow.

It would be the down side to it. That being side, it would help with replayability for the story. Some will not like the idea, but I believe it is at least better then what we have now.

In general people are ok to follow the guide, and if they don't agree with the path taken, they can always communicate or redo the quest with friends, here is the interest to be able to see what is said during the achievement of the quest

Even if you chose to go a different route as a party member, it would be awesome to still see the quest as the other party members, if you choose. Basically we could all play the same quest but go different paths if we choose but still be able to play with friends and see the story, not to mention it gives an opportunity for more immersion if the group of friends wants to play a certain story out. then come back play different chars and play out a different path and story.
