Saddlebads - Main Quest - Ramsum's Key

On the main quest, Saddlebads. The quest instructs you, that if you lose you key, you should get another on from a wizard in his swampy hideout by the castle. Where is this hideout? Where is the key?

If you didn't find him yet, he's just outside the castle main gates and then walk up and around the castle. There is a swamp there that you may have been to on an earlier quest.
