EU2_Drakemer / conection failed

Does anybody know is EU_Drakemer down since i cant conect to it...
It sais: conection with the server failed. Please select diferent server or try again later.
Tried another one and it's fine... but the prob is i need to start from the begining.

Hello, server is online - please try now, if not try to reset your router.

for some reason the game didnt patch on itself, had to reinstal for it to update.
